Luxury hotel at an affordable...

Liked: The hotel room was really luxurious, modern and clean. We had a great view over the river so we felt really lucky. It was much nicer than we’d expected for the price! It’s only about 15 minutes walk from Copenhagen central station and Tivoli Gardens so the location was great for a few days of sightseeing.
Disliked: We didn’t have any problems with the accommodation.

Disliked: The staff were friendly enough, but not as helpful as they should have been, simply directing us to the website via a QR code for anything we wanted, not very helpful or welcoming! We booked adjoining rooms, and were told we had been ‘upgraded’ to get that, except if we found the doors locked, we should call down to reception…the doors were locked, but 4 separate attempts to contact the front desk went unanswered, and the one time I stopped by to ask, it was made clear that we would have to return to our room and wait for someone to come…which I declined as we were on our way out…our son booked separately and was placed in a much larger, better room, so I really doubt we and our daughter actually had any ‘upgrade’ at all! The adjoining doors remained locked throughout.The small (the whole room was very small!) area for hanging clothes had a single glass shelf above for all other clothes - no drawer space or cupboards at all, and this was very dusty. I also pricked my foot on a needle that was on the floor of my room - not enough to make a fuss, but just how well had it been cleaned?

Liked: I normally stay with my family in summer and it has been very nice. Nice breakfast
Disliked: As I stayed in a single room, not so nice as a double room. Is was clean, but very basic and pillows was awful
