Great location do not ever...

Liked: Nice accommodations great location. Staff was mostly very helpful
Disliked: We were in room 746. All the rooms around that area are located near a prep station work room. Our room was directly across from this location and between 12 and 1 am three of the four nights we were there the noise was horrendous. The third night it went on for over an hour, and I called to complain at the front desk and it still went on for another 20 minutes. We are still waiting to hear back from the manager this greatly affected our stay. It doesn’t matter how nice the rooms are or how great the location is when you have disrupted sleep. Super disappointed we haven’t heard from anyone by now. Not the experience we hoped for.

Garbage Hotel with Zero management

Liked: Room - They gave me the worst room ever and it was very noisy on the 7th floor. I raised it to the reception and no action has been taken. I was not able to sleep from the noise till 03:00 AM every day. The experience is garbage and the manager of the hotel is useless. He didn't solve any issue. Breakfast and in room dining are great- quick services.
Disliked: Room was very noisy without any view and it's almost like I am staying in a construction area. I never face the same situation in any respected hotel.The roof bar is less than Ok and it affects the hotel by the noise and the crowd. Basically it's a bazar. If this hotel has management, then they will get back to all my calls and complaints while I am staying in the hotel and not ask me when I am checking out how we can solve it. which I feel it's very rude.

Liked: Location excellent, breakfast was perfect and staff on the door very helpful!
Disliked: We were put in room 650 which was not 5 star- door broken and damp smell etc. We were offered another room when we complained on 4th floor which was avenue view (not river) and smaller but it was much better! But unfortunately we had to move everything at mid-night and did receive an apology from the reception staff. It would have been nice to have been offered a free drink at the bar or something as an apology.
