Amazing hotel

Liked: The hotel was amazing and the staff and food was 5* felt so welcome by all staff members from tyler on reception who greeted us and was also there for when we departed to waitresses like collette who served us our breakfast. We ordered food on evening as was literally on our table within 5 minutes which is the fastest i have ever had and was amazing food
Disliked: Leaving the hotel and belfast and going back to england

Liked: I just thought the service was poor we have been a few times and I found this time wasn’t as good…breakfast is an extra…and wasn’t great and the bathroom had hairs all on the floor…the front staff where really nice tho

Liked: The history - absolutely brilliant. Excellent staff, esp in the bar. Food was very good. Very comfortable bed
Disliked: Unable to settle account the night before we left. A wider selection of beers would have been nice.
