Overall right value for money...

Liked: We had a self-check-in and check-out so the process was very quick. We simply got the room code per whatsapp message. The room was small but the right size for a couple and the bed was very comfordable. It was very clean and had enough towels and shower gel/shampoo and soap for our stay.
Disliked: The windows were louver windows so they were not closing properly and it was a bit loud. The roller shades were not thick so it was getting bright early. We also seen tiny ants in the bathroom.

Disliked: Should have booked another night.

Liked: The location for the event/convention attended
Disliked: Front door don't shut good unless you slam and tung it, Toilet running extra long when it flush, humming from the AC, No tissues

It was the cheapest place...

Liked: For one night it was barely acceptable
Disliked: No ice machine, tv didn’t work so had to call for help, tv and frig unplugged, would have preferred first floor so we wouldn’t have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. No amenities.

Liked: It is a very convenient, if basic, place to sleep for a brief overnight stay close to the airport.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, other than the advertised on-site restaurant was closed.
