Good, but, with some tweaks,...

Liked: The position of the hotel was good, it was very near to a big metro station, which allowed us to reach every part of the city we wanted to visited in less than 20 minutes (for Paris this is a very good time). It was in a nice neighborhood and also at night it was safe to go around the hotel. Also the shower is really big and, after days spent walking around Paris, having a shower this big was helpful. The hotel offers a really good value for money, especially because we are in Paris and the position is very good.
Disliked: The room was good (not too big, it was ok), but it was very cold because they did not turn on the heater. It was also very noisy (we could hear every car that passed in the street and every person in the aisle). Also the services were not excellent, due to the fact that, after the first day, they took our towels and we had to go down in the reception to ask for them. In addition to that, the hairdryer was not working and they did not give us any shower caps (which could have been useful since the hairdryer was not working). The breakfast was good, but too expensive for what they offered (€15 each is way TOO much, in a Boulangerie you could get the same things they offered for half the price).

Liked: Near the train station and the room is modest. The late night receptionists was friendly & helpful to charged overnight my power bank.
Disliked: The lift a bit small, only one person with luggage can fit in. And the room no provisions for USB charging points for your gadgets which is very necessary to have in a hotel room.
