Liked: Close to public transport, friendly reception staff, room not big but clean and comfortable
Disliked: Proper instead of disposable cups would be better

Fine for a one night...

Liked: The location suited our needs as it was a few minutes' walk from Gare de Lyon and the neighbourhood felt safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms were small and in some of them you had to avoid banging your head on the TV when getting to the bathroom. We stayed here twice - on the way to and back from the south of France; we booked 3 single rooms. During the first stay we each had a double bed, during the second stay one of us had a single bed while the other two had a double bed each, but the price was the same for each room. A bit noisy when people were slamming their bedroom doors through the night. The room was fine for an overnight stay but it was quite expensive for what it was, so wasn't value for money.
