Disappointing

Liked: Proximity to gare de l' est , main train station and metro hub in paris .
Disliked: Very small rooms .Small bed .Safe not working and I requested to fix it but nothing was done in that regard .The night reception agent very cold attitude and lack of hospitality skills (welcoming , communication to customers)

Liked: The property is located close to the metro so you can walk there and have easy access to all the locations.The staff were also kind
Disliked: There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom, it was just a never ending smell. We would smell it at times going up the stairs and it’s really bad. I wouldn’t go back again because of this.

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, as lift not working a member of staff was on hand to carry up any bags.comfortable bed and clean bathroom.Can't comment on breakfast, as ate out each morning.
Disliked: children's school playground at back, quite close and noisy from 08.00hrs had breakfast out and left room by 08.15 so not a great problem.

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: Poor size of the room. Poor facilities in the room. Elevator was out of order. Staff was very rigid in rules. Wanted to charge extra for a couple of hours check out time extension after staying nine days in the hotel. Hotel is overpriced.
