Liked: Rooms are well presented, quiet and warm and a good bathroom. The breakfast was lovely too. And located right near the train station and metro and bus’.
Disliked: The pillows weren’t very good only there for decorating really and no support, and the neighbour hood felt a little unsafe.

Liked: Very well located hotel for anyone passing through Paris using Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord. Reception staff were very friendly. My room was great, I felt safe walking around the area and the breakfast was great. The hotel stored my luggage for me, and the check-in time is 2pm, so earlier than most other hotels (and my room was available early).
Disliked: As stated in other reviews - the lift is a bit strange. I opted to use the stairs instead. The corridors are narrow, but my room was a good size, and that matters more.

Excellent stay

Liked: Absolutely fantastic stay. Not expected much, but found very nice reasonably priced hotel next to Gare de L’Est. Rooms are well appointed, in excellent condition, every single person at reception desk are welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: All good

Liked: The service was exceptional. The rooms were not tidy but they quickly changed me to a clean room.
Disliked: The room I first went to was small and not clean. I was given a different room after that and it was great. Perfect location to the gare. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.
