Liked: I like the service, staff very polite and the fact that I have restaurants, coffee shops nearby and the train station was not far and I can get different buses to travel in the town.
Disliked: The lift was broken, we have to take the stairs up yo the 5th floor

Liked: Room was functional and clean.
Disliked: Bathroom was like a caravan and the whole thing reminded me of university accomodation. Didn't feel entirely safe with a safe that didn't work, receptionist said 'this is normal'.
