Over-charged for my stay
Liked: The hotel room was modern, clean and comfortable. The manager eventually helped to resolve the overcharging issue.
Disliked: Terrible customer service. Over-charged me for more than 70USD than my booking on booking.com! My emails were replied very intermittently with no updates by the team. They gave excuses saying that they were looking out for email under a different name, but it was the same email address I have been using. They have not resolved the issue, I have not seen my refund, and I will lodge complaint with the booking agency directly. Disappointing handling by a Hilton hotel, and would not recommend

Liked: Nice modern boutique hotel, with great rooftop bar and restaurant
Disliked: Check-in went wrong, and a noshow charge was made. Should be solved by now.

Liked: I really liked the room, the pillows, the design. The space. Very nice.
Disliked: The only thing was the shower water flows all over the place. It should have been designed better so the water flows down instead of across. I stayed at another hotel just prior that had a more functional walk in shower although the rest of it was not as good.

I loved this place!
Liked: The staff was amazing at both check in and check out. The breakfast nook is great. The lavender matcha latte was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable. U will be coming back!

Liked: The view was nice,the bathroom was nice,robes were great
Disliked: The beds and pillows are cheap pillow top that flattens once you lay your head on them,bed had no support,the room we agreed to purchase was not the room we were put in,we chose a room with a nice tub with the glass behind it,did not get that room,the room said it was a skyline superior room that was on the 9th floor not on the top floor which is what we wanted,the parking is awful 68 dollars a night but for 2 nights at almost 700 dollars you still have to pay for someone to park your car,lucky we found a parking for cheaper not to far,for the location to be in the worst of spots you would think the parking wouldn't be like that for all guest,other than that the hotel is nice but not worth 300 a night not even the room

Good hotel, bad location. Overpriced...
Liked: Nice hotel overall. Rooftop for dinner and drinks was nice. You ARE in the tenderloin though not union square. Windows were almost sound proof though. $86 + tax is crazy high, even for the city.
