Liked: Friendly staff and very accommodating. We had to reschedule our visit and got all the help I needed to make our stay comfortable. The room for guest with mobility problems was helpful. Pool was super clean, common kitchen area well equipped and clean.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Liked: Convenient location, good communication for a late checkin. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, lovely toiletries, fresh curtains, easy parking, ground floor request accommodated..
Disliked: Only minor things- Carpets were a little stained, no luggage rack or spot to put luggage in for ease of access other than the floor. Something in the room set of my allergies, sneezing and nose streaming- recommend take an antihistamine before going to bed if you have this issue. Didn’t affect my husband at all. Sadly no tissues in the room made things slightly difficult!

Ok for o/ night

Liked: Bed reasonably comfortable but too soft for me.Room upstairs but very quiet.Overpriced for what it was.
Disliked: No microwave in room, however was accessible in another room set up for guests to use.ok for overnight stay .

Overall quite good, would stay...

Liked: Booking in was very good, meal at the pub just up the road was convenient
Disliked: Car parking spaces - parked on grassed area which would be nice to keep as grass rather than parking

Exceptional

Liked: The room was tidy and clean and the beds for five people were comfortable.
Disliked: We had a late check-in around 11 pm, so it was a bit time-consuming to find the self-check-in kiosk in the yard.
