Disliked: Reception staff member was abruptDespite completing online registration I was asked to repeat this information & give copy of ID(not been asked this before when checking in elsewhere)Not given information re WiFi login, eventually found it the next morning on a poorly-located sign in the room Fridge not turned on Worn carpet, must room and hallway

A very pleasant, comfortable stay

Liked: The property is in an ideal position close to shopping and a great pub with good meals. The room we had was very spacious and quiet.
Disliked: I do think that our room had just been refurbished and and not quite finished, as the only cupboard space was where the tea making/fridge cabinet was, I'm assuming that more cupboard space or shelving is in the works.

Liked: Building is very quiet and well soundproofed. There is a guest facilities room open 24/7 with all the equipment to prepare your own meals as well as some tables and chairs.
Disliked: A couple of more grab handles in the bathroom would have made a big difference.
