Liked: Clean, kept up, well located, a smaller facility (30+/- rooms) with no interior hallways. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive.
Disliked: At is all good.

Liked: I have been going to the Timbers for many years. I have always been pleased with the staff, amenities, location, the cleanliness of the room, and the walkability to shops and a little longer, but nice walk, to the theaters and adorable downtown Ashland. The Market of Choice is right next door which is great for making picnics to take to the park or the OSF greenshows. The Timbers always feels like home to me. I look forward to my next visit!

Disliked: Chair seat covers were extremely dirty, this was really the only unpleasant thing about our stay. Everything else was very pleasant.

Great value motel in good...
Liked: Affordable! Comfortable beds, pretty quiet. Good location.
Disliked: We don’t realize from the website the pool would be closed and it was gross! Door of room next to us was very squeaky!
