Disliked: The overpowering stench of the hallways used to mask the musty old smell of the hotel.Small hard bricks for pillows.Breakfast was just cereal.

Great location, comfortable stay

Liked: Great location (20min walk to Universal Studios). Comfortable beds. Microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. Decent selection of toiletries provided. Tea and coffee making facilities next to the front desk. The choice at breakfast is limited (e.g. bagels, cereal, oats, yogurt, juice and hot drinks) but good considering it was included in the price.
Disliked: One of the lamps was not working in our room. We were able to leave our luggage for the day when checking out but it was just in the breakfast area so didn’t feel like the most secure place to leave our belongings.
