Comfy

Liked: The property is clean, comfortable and close to Universal Studios Hollywood.
Disliked: The pool is not heated, only has snacks for purchase and no laundry facilities

Liked: This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfy and the staff were amazing and so lovely. They held our bags while we went to universal studios even though we had checked out and also gave us a roomUpgrade free of charge.

Liked: The contental breakfast that was advertised was not available. So contental breakfast would be nice
Disliked: That there was no breakfast and the charge for parking. If you are staying there. Why do you have to pay for parking??

Comfy beds close to Universal

Liked: Really comfy beds, spacious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff on the desk, and an easy walk to Universal.
Disliked: It says breakfast is included on booking.com, but they don't do breakfast. Messed up our budget a bit but there are places nearby where you can eat.
