Liked: Cleanliness and proximity to universal studios and Hollywood
Disliked: Traffic and 1 bathroom for a shared room

Great location, great staff, everything...

Liked: The staff were all really pleasant, the receptionist was great really helpful, the location was pretty good for what we had planned
Disliked: Bit tired, our room was really big but felt clinical bare furniture with draws that wouldn’t stay shut a shelving unit with no shelves the wardrobe had two hangers, no breakfast was disappearing with nothing close by

Liked: Hotel closed to Universal Studios. Price of hotel is fair.

Liked: comfy clean rooms. close to universal
Disliked: only complaints were that the ceiling was leaking whenever our above neighbors used the shower or something. we had a puddle of water in our room due to the leakage

My day was very nice....

Liked: It was close to many different places. Very clean and staff was amazing.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like about the property was having to pay for parking when we’re already paying to stay there. & outlets sparked
