Customer Service is very poor,...

Liked: Nothing went well. When our guys who traveled for work arrived on Oct 20 the room was gross in cleanliness and the smell was very bad that they could't stay. There was nobody from staff that could help. We claimed a refund but it was denied. They did not offer what they say in their website
Disliked: Rooms are gross and customer service is very poor

Great value so close to...

Liked: Great location and value. Basic bathroom but clean. The kitchenette would be nice for a longer stay, but the coffee maker didn’t work and there were no pods for the Keurig (that was the only down side). Otherwise the property was right at the beach and very walkable to restaurants and pubs.
Disliked: The only down side was the coffee machine not working, but we weren’t there long enough to ask for a replacement.
