Liked: Big room, big bed. Lovely bed linen and towels. Great location.
Disliked: Very loud music in bar areas. Ask for a quiet room if you don’t want to hear music at 3am.

Busy place especially at rugby...

Liked: Very popular hotel, rooms good, staff friendly , bar extremely busy and loud, but was Scotland Wales rugby night, so . Stayed here many times over the past 7 years
Disliked: Dinner selection good but quality not as good or varied as some of the nearby restaurants, breakfast was however very good.

A fantastic girlie escape in...

Liked: The quality of the room was superb. Staff we dealt with were polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.The hotel is beautifully designed and we found it great value for money. Loved the ghd hair straighteners ...what a bonus to have these.Complimentary cocktails were fabulous. Great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed.
Disliked: A small side table at the seating area would be good as there was nowhere to put drinks.Apart from that, everything was spot on.

Disliked: Ear splitting Disco music in the bar & surrounding area late at night.Fiddly tap in the ensuite, couldn’t figure out how to turn it off.Unnecessarily overpriced without breakfast included & paying over £60 for breakfast for two People is just too much.
