One of the nicest hotels...

Liked: The hotel’s décor is vibrant and stylish, adding a fun and unique touch to the overall experience. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful—we even received a call the day before our arrival to check if we had any questions, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic. I’ve already recommended this place to others!
Disliked: I noticed that the bathroom could use a small bit of maintenance—for instance, one of the ceiling tiles was loose.

Great visit. They just need...

Liked: Lovely room and good view over the firth of forth. Breakfast service was a bit haphazard and took too long to serve. Evening meals were nothing special and not really up to standard.Reception staff were very helpful.

Liked: Every person at the reception, at the bar or in the restaurant was very friendly and sincere. The rooms were perfect, the curtains might be different but not a big deal. They made me and my family feel valued. If I go to edinburgh again I will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing I don't like, I just think the curtains don't fit the room design =)
