Disliked: Girl on the front desk was disinterested and vague on arrival.You expect at least a smile when booking into a high end hotel like yours It was like a hostel check in

Liked: A really nice hotel in a good location for everything. We had breakfast and dinner, both were good with a good choice
Disliked: A we bit expensive for drinks but then we were in centre of Edinburgh

Liked: Beautiful rooms, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was fab. Location was excellent. Couldn't fault it

Liked: Great room and amenities, lovely bar and friendly staff.
Disliked: Felt there needed to be more variety on the food menu and breakfast was quite expensive. The beautiful flower displays also sadly attracted a lot of flies.
