Disliked: The rooms were like sauna and definitely need to upgrade the beds

Liked: Didn’t realise there was a charge for parking until I had an email from Tiffany’s. Enjoyed the entertainment, good singer on went from one sone to another for 45 minutes. Room was clean but skirtings were particularly dirty, haven’t been done in a while. When I was ready to have a shower that evening I was surprised that there were no toiletries to wash myself or my hair. I thought it was accidental but went to reception and that is their policy now and was directed to a shop. Obviously too late, not sure why unless they don’t want people using their washing facilities. If I knew I would of been prepared but I stay in hotels all over this country and never had this before.
