Christmas fun at The Tides.

Liked: The views, location being walkable to most everything we needed, availability of the hotel restaurant. Close to the pier. Staff was really friendly, super sweet. The coffee shop.
Disliked: The second elevator still not working since our last visit 18 months ago. The in room fridge had no freezer. There was no breakfast room service available. The TV was not working properly. The ice machine was not working at all

Liked: Macey was so nice and helpful!
Disliked: $145 worth of additional fees. Both elevators broken. There was a funny smell in the room. I also asked shards of time for extra towels, wash cloths and blankets… they weren’t there. I had to ask a total of 3 times.

Liked: Location was awesome
Disliked: I moved from the first room assigned because the sliding glass door -- seal was broken and internal condensation had developed -- ruining the entire view.Second room --There was construction going on in a floor above which was a huge inconvenience.The floor was very dirty.The deadbolt did not work.The shower/tub did not drain (by end of shower, 3 inches of water.)Sometimes the toilet took 2 or 3 pushes to flush.

Good

Liked: We enjoyed the ocean view, and Access to Blu and Starbucks.
Disliked: The loud toilet and the inconsistent service at Blu

Excellent

Liked: The location, view, heated pool, front desk all were excellent. Especially Jay he often asked if we needed anything and was such a nice guy. We've stayed at a lot of hotels and have never had someone do that. It was a great bonus definitely keep him around. We did not eat there but had drinks at the outside bar and the young lady out there was very talkative and did a great job too.
