The cost with resort fees...

Liked: view, beach access, close to pier
Disliked: facility needs some TLC - balcony tiny and had no chairs. Balcony door was very heavy and hard to open. Elevators were extremely slow. The "resort fee" of $18/night is actually $25 with all the extra fees/taxes.
