Paradise Found: A Perfect Beach...

Liked: We loved everything about this property! From the moment we walked in and had our first interaction with the staff, we knew we had found something special. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. We appreciated the vibrant design and atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. The beach and pool were spectacular, but the beach truly stole the show—it’s the absolute best part of this amazing property. We can't wait to return!
Disliked: I did not like that the food and beverage was so good, I overate and had one to many drinks at this amazing property.

Great location, good value for...

Liked: Incredible location and one of the rare hotels directly on the beach in Palm Beach. The hotel has recently undergone renovations and looks fantastic compared to its former dark appearance (we stayed here two years ago as well).
Disliked: There was no turndown service available; when we called to request it at 7 PM, we were informed that housekeeping had already left for the day. The housekeepers we encountered were quite rude and unhelpful. Our room key cards failed to work three times, and the elevators were very slow, as they were not part of the renovations, which made for a frustrating experience.

Liked: The Hotel is very nice and well kept and clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. The beach area is private for the guests and the staff is always attentive with any needs that you have. The food at Brandon’s, the Hotel restaurant, was delicious. Our server, Leisy, was amazing and made our meals very special. Mario, the bartender, was wonderful, very friendly and makes the best drinks that we’ve had in a while. The entire staff at Tideline are very friendly, courteous and respectful. Very nice experience.
Disliked: The one thing that I was a little disappointed with is that the rooms do not have a mini fridge.

Liked: Beach & pool were great
Disliked: Dumbest rule I ever heard at a beach, can't take your own food/drinks to the beach, (no cooler on the beach)... You can only have overpriced food/drinks you buy from them

Would not recommend this place.

Liked: The location was a bit far from other things to do but the beach wasn’t too crowded and that was nice.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room broke the second day and we were given a different room that had an awful view and the air conditioning in the second room made a constant buzzing noise. They didn’t offer any kind of reimbursement for us losing our good view of the ocean or for the inconvenience of having to move rooms.
