Liked: Beautiful patio, excellent bar service, beach access was great and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Clean and lovely property. The room was lovely as well.

The most unprofessional stuff I’ve...

Disliked: The overall impression was ruined after I called the front desk six times trying to locate my jacket, which I had left in the closet of my room. I was told three times, “We will call you back,” but no one ever did. Every other time I called, they put me on hold and left me waiting without responding. It is extremely frustrating when the front desk avoids addressing a guest’s issue in this way. It’s unprofessional and disappointing. In the end, I was left with a ruined mood and a missing jacket worth $500.And yes, I had to call six times just to be ignored.

Disliked: I was not given a bill it took 2 days to email and it was wrong. Was charged for the room even though it was paid for on line. Also wasn’t aware of an extra $100 a day - for resort fee.

Beautiful hotel for a family...

Liked: The hotel is located in a great location and the staff is wonderful. The front desk team could not have been more welcoming. The decor and aesthetics are gorgeous.
Disliked: For some reason the hotel was having a hard time with the air conditioning in two of our rooms. My colleague had to change rooms late at night. Also, housekeeping walked into one of our rooms after having checked in (and we were in it) thinking it was empty. Overall, it felt a little pricey for a business stay - something we'll need to consider for next time.
