Lovely two days in paradise....

Liked: What a gorgeous little oasis. Golf course looks amazing. Rooms were getting a refurb. So will be back after that is complete
Disliked: Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Needed a new mattress

Disliked: I found the bed to be a bit hard, woke with a sore back. Found the bed to be bit uncomfortable. but apart from that everything else was amazing.

Liked: Great facilities, spacious room, spotlessly clean. Rooms overlooking beautiful golf course.

Underwhelming

Disliked: The female staff member in the pro shop Sunday Am was far from accommodating in allowing me to play A. At a reasonable time and B. 18 holes instead of just 9 , I was there for a week to play golf !! as a visitor staying at your resort and not for the first time her lack of help and the line “ oh it’s a busy week “ is quite laughable , so there’s no time throughout a whole day on anyday I require for one player ? This is not the first time the pro shop staff have been unhelpful, not willing to let a “ scratch “ player take a spare spot in the comp because I’m not competing in the comp but would rather a group of three than take green fees , as a golfer for over 40 years this is a disgraceful situation and quite backward thinking . As a visitor staying at your resort and ordering room service most nights the porterhouse steak I ordered one night was quite frankly atrocious half was inedible and I told this to staff the next day as I ordered my next meal and was at least expecting a replacement meal to make up for it but no alas that wasn’t to be , so in all I think some staff and some outdated “ rules “ need to be looked at . Ps the 3 golf clubs I visited because I wasn’t able to play at your course were far more accomodating and much more likely to receive my business in the future.
