Liked: The bed clothing seemed clean.
Disliked: The room was smelly, Two pest repeller gadgets plugged into the outlets in the room did not inspire confidence. The couch was dirty and old. The door had large gaps in the seal around much of the door.

Liked: Clean and comfortable bed
Disliked: Was waken up by homeless knocking on my door and tearing through trash cans just out by my room. Was trying to contact property but it was after hours and eventually was able to get staff and cops came to help. Apparently it’s a big problem in the area and staff mentioned that a fence surrounding property will soon be in place.

Liked: The service was exceptional! We had a problem getting there on time. As a result we needed to call for someone to come check us in. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. The night watchman was kind enough to allow my husband and I to come in and wait in the lobby as it was cold and snowing outside. Due to the late hour I had woken the lady that came to our rescue. She was absolutely great! Checked us in, and was training the night watchman for future services at the same time. We came over for a celebration of life the following day and this lady took her time offering her condolences etc. And again in the morning when we had to check out. I'm sure we'll be staying here every time we travel to the Duncan area, as we already have a few times in the past. But this particular management...she knows how to treat people and gave us every courtesy considering I got her out of bed to come over in the middle of the night. The overall cleanliness of the room was also exceptional. Some places we've stayed have been... a bit scary to say the least.
Disliked: For that particular stay, short as it was, everything was great. Couldn't have asked for better.

It was convenient.

Disliked: There was not a drain plug for either tub or sink.

Disliked: There was a ladder in the closet and the shower had only cold water. This room was in no condition for any clients. We paid for this ?
