Exactly what I wanted....

Liked: The staff was excellent. Hotel is my favorite kind of hotel.It's what I call a roadside. Kind of plain, but comfortable! Staff more than makes it enjoyable. Will definitely stay again....also, the price cannot be beat!

Fantastic

Liked: What an excellent room, super clean, very lovely bed with super sheets, very cheery staff, great chats. Just a block away from a fantastic Mexican resturant with real fresh food , no junk. I would highly recommend the Thunderbird.
Disliked: Nothing all was excellent

A good, basic stay if...

Liked: This motel was good value for an overnight stay. The property is well-worn. But very clean. There are just basic services, but adequate for an overnight stay.
Disliked: The wifi is a bit limited, and the TV had just basic cable services.

A decent, clean motel.

Liked: The furnishings matched, the room was clean and had a small fridge, microwave, and airco...although the airco unit was fairly noisy.
Disliked: The hot water fluctuated from lukewarm to almost scalding during our showers. But considering that most budget hotels have these kinds of issues, we rate the Thunderbird as a decent value overall.

Exceptional

I'll use the Thunderbird again...

Disliked: Stairs. Should have had a USB charge outlet.
