Liked: The female host was very helpful by calling me 5 hours before my arrival time to check if I was having any problems traveling from Saline, Kansas. She even offered to stay past the time her shift ended to make sure I received my room key. I really appreciated the personal customer service she provided. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The sign of the hotel didn't have a light on the signage making it difficult to find the property at night.
