We had a fantastic Experience...

Liked: The Entire Staff at the Casino Resort were all very nice and remembered your names. Offering Water and rides in the parking area. Outstanding Nordstrom Style of Customer service Great experience. the hotel rooms were not cheap but we had a wonderful experience and it was Saturday night room rates.
Disliked: The cost of the hotel room but it was a saturday, but well worth the price for the experience.

Liked: We noticed that the entire staff at Thunder Casino Resort took the extra mile to offering guests water, rides and more to make sure guests were happy.
Disliked: Everything was great. The cost of the hotel was the only negative.
