Superb

Disappointing!!

Liked: The facilities were quite basic but ok but the bed was ridiculously short! I’m not overly tall, just under six foot yet my feet were completely overhanging the bottom of the bed. It must have been designed for a dwarf!! Thankfully we were only staying for one night or I would have had to ask for us to be reassigned another room!! We stayed here many years ago in the chocolate suite and attended the Pudding Club!! It was fantastic and we’d dreamed about returning one day. As we were passing by we thought we’d stay for an ordinary stay just for old time sake but we were severely disappointed!!

Liked: Nice one night stay to experience pudding club. Small double was clean and comfortable nothing exceptional but for the price we paid we were happy. Not the hotels fault but wouldn’t return to the hotels bar due to some really unpleasant locals who were rude about my partner who was just queuing at the bar to get his drink.Would recommend the hotel if visiting for Pudding Club, we had a great time there.
