Dirty cabin & didn't get...

Liked: The cabin feel, friendly staff, easy access inside, easy check in
Disliked: Dirty, spider(s), cob webbs, old dog pee on curtain, carpet stained/dirty, towels not clean, bathroom not cleaned, not getting the room we chose, heater didn't work, beeping smoke alarm, no curtain on one window, dirty side yard from our window view, windows extremely dirty, kitchen kind of dirty,

Not comfortable or clean

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: The blankets were dirty. The bathroom door was creaky and does not close properly. There’s a kitchen but no pots and pans. There was spider webs all through the cabin.

Exceptional

Perfect place if you don’t...

Liked: Super cozy and comfortable place.
Disliked: No management on site. If needed, I had to call a number, but no such thing as a front desk.

Passable

Liked: The little cabins looked great and its was in a good location. They were equipped with everything needed.
Disliked: It’s was dirty and the heater did not work.

Definitely would stay here again...

Liked: Very quiet short walk to the lake very beautiful view
Disliked: The ants my kids were irritated with them. It didn’t mind me at all it’s part of nature.

Stayed the night

Liked: The fire place the microwave the key pad check in.
Disliked: No mirror no t.v. not enough room in the bedroom things need to be cleaned and repaired.

Horrible Had rats!

Liked: Location might've been the only somewhat good thing about the cabin.
Disliked: There were rats in the cabins, you have to bring toiletries. Customer Service is horrible, it took me almost an hour to be able to get in. The location is confusing, they took really long to give the pin for room. Spoke briefly with the assistant manager who promised a room location at 2 am, 4am came around and no one came to help us switch from cabin to another. I have musophobia, I was not able to enjoy my experience solely on this cabin. They are ran by a parent company who could really careless about the three pines cabins name. Signage is confusing, there is no on site office.
