Disliked: A fan would have been useful as the room was very hot during the warm weather. The sofa bed was uncomfortable due to a poorly placed metal bar.

Pleasant

Good location, very small room

Liked: The location was around 5 mins into the city centre and nearby parking was good value for money. The apartments were secure and instructions for arrival were clear.
Disliked: The room was very small and nothing like the pictures. There was a strange smell in the bathroom like sweaty feet. The rooms were certainly not sound proofed and the floor both our apartment, and the one above were very squeaky. It certainly wasn't good value for money for a mid week stay and we really wished we had spent a little extra on a hotel.

We didn’t let it ruin...

Liked: We liked the location of the property and the staff were understanding and polite.
Disliked: For the price we paid the standards of the property were not on the first room we got put in the sofa bed was broke along with the tv not working and the shower temperature stuck on hit the 2nd room the microwave wasn’t working and also didn’t have a sofa bed. The last room was what we would have expected in the first place the manager Joe was very understanding and has agreed a full refund which I have in writing.
