Liked: The staff were brilliant especially Sam Malik the deputy manager. We were made to feel so welcome from the first moment we walked in. Definitely will stay there again!

Disliked: My only annoyance was the only USB ports are integrated with the lamps, and it seemed every time the lights were off the charging stopped, so could not charge phone during the night. This might be a safety feature, but most other hotels have separate USB ports for nighttime charging so seemed a bit odd. But still, a very minor negative

Lovely (quiet) weekend stay

Liked: 1st time staying at Threadneedles, after being advised by friends who stay here during the week for work. Weekend was far quieter and relaxed, but staff were still attentive and very helpful. Ideal location for Christmas shopping and dining out.
