Liked: Beautiful scenery from the suite room. Breakfast was included which was nice. The amenities were great .
Disliked: Housekeeping doesn't come by everyday. Stayed 3 nights with no trash pickup. If you run out of towels you have to call and ask for more rather than them replace them everyday.

Overall, I would recommend this...

Liked: The only thing that was negative regard to this hotel Wi-Fi did not work or they wanted to charge you for Wi-Fi. Some of the lights in the room does not work and they do need to upgrade their phones. All the buttons were damn near missing.

Liked: Very good. But no pancakes. I know you can't do everything.
Disliked: I told the desk that the bathroom door know needed tightening and the tub faucet needed a washer. It dripped constantly. It did not bother me but I figured they would fix it promptly. Corners in bathroom looked like the needed attention. I know it is difficult to keep grout clean on tile but your grout was pretty dirty.I have a VRBO and use shampoo body wash, conditioner dispensers. I feel they are better. Have you ever tried them?

Disliked: The toilet had urine on the outside at the bottom where it bolts to the floor. There was a nasty icecream left in the freezer, and there was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot
