Disliked: This was my 2nd time at this resort. I am not sure who to blame for my concerns but I would like an answer. Upon arrival Friday 4-19 the room we received was TERRIBLE with all caps. It had a strange smell and very old furnishings. We immediately went back to the offfice area and requested another room. They gave us another still old but a bit better. I asked the person if we could get a room like we had last year but they said they could not accommodate. We ended up staying in an older room. It was not ready so it was missing things like dish towels and other things. The dryer was broken. I called the front desk Saturday morning and the lady I spoke to informed me that someone would come and fix it but they did not. The lady I spoke to in CS said if I could tape it that would probably work. That did work but I had to go buy tape to do it. This is just not good. It appeared that they acted as if they gave me a better room that would be an issue. I real issue with booking is that the room selection was terrible. I would not try to push an old outdated room off on a guest. This is what they did. The room given has its issues as well. A black eye for Booking.com and Thousand Hills. Who was really at fault here?
