Relaxing hotel, comfortable, well appointed...

Liked: Great location for our trip, friendly staff, good sized room, good bedside reading lights, tea and coffee and proper fresh milk. The spa looked super but we arrived too late to be able to use it, due to bad traffic en route.

Disliked: The noise children running through corridors when trying to sleep. People knocking on doors and running off.

Liked: staff were amazing always helpful and nothing was too much
Disliked: the lounge had no atmosphere or background music it was silent at times could do with something on in the background to create an atmospheric

Liked: The reception staff were very good. The hotel was spotless mostly
Disliked: Had a cobweb in my room, breakfast was appalling and the stuff were unprofessional. Waited 20 minutes before anyone had taken my order even though I was booked in for a specific time. Even with that I had to call somone to come amd get my order after they had taken orders all around me including people that came in afyer myself. The breakfast was of poor quality for such a beautiful place. I would stay again but eat elsewhere including breakfast

Liked: Staff were excellent, lovely and clean, great facilities, have been there before, will go again.
Disliked: If you prefer a very soft mattress, wife had a bad back in morning unfortunately, did drive 6 hrs to get there so too tired to try and move to another room.
