We had a pleasant stay....

Liked: Room was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable .I liked being able to get fresh milk and cold water from the station in the corridor.
Disliked: Use of the spa was not included

I would return!

Liked: Lovely serving staff at breakfast, always accomodating and friendly. I have a food intolerance, and I was very well looked after. Thankyou, this alleviated a lot of anxiety for me and I appreciate the effort made.
Disliked: Booking breakfast times was a bit of a hassle, especially when the restaurant was not at capacity but other colleagues received pushback from front of house when trying to sit together at the one table, when they had different booking times. I understand the need for organising the times to keep the service running smoothly, and feel that staff could be more accommodating when there was no issue seating everyone and lots of tables still free.

Liked: The food was quite expensive for what was offered but as no near by restaurants there is little alternative other than american junk food chains. The spa facilities are quite often dominated by non guests. Especially aqua aerobics in the pool when guest would want ot use it. The hotel should make it clear to guests when these events are taking place.

A nice clean local hotel...

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The spa treatments were relaxing and the room smelled amazing with essential oils.
Disliked: The additional fee for leisure facilities were costly as was parking this should be included in room price. The evening meal would have been nicer if not deep fried. The breakfast was also expensive for what was on offer.
