Nice hotel, great location and...

Liked: Great location, nice comfortable clean rooms
Disliked: Had a suite on the 20th floor with great views but what let's it down it's below the restaurants on the 21st floor which means I was woken up every morning at 6am by chairs banging and stuff being moved about on the floor.Mentioned this to the reception staff, and they said they knew about this, but didn't have a solution which is not a good response.

Very comfortable all round.

Liked: All round it was a great stay.
Disliked: Friendly staff, great rooms and a really nice breakfast with great view.

Liked: Nice room, good breakfast selection
Disliked: The fact there was no bottled water when the area was affected by poor water quality. Was given ice cubes for water to brush my teeth. Better than nothing but….
