Disliked: Some information and warning about the cost of taxis and scams and other local tourist information would have been helpful. The staff did assist me with sending a fax to the Bank to stop payment to a taxi driver which they confirmed was grossly overcharged

Liked: Very nice comfy room, quite large for a hotel room. Really close to Aker Brygge. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel while the tram station is few minutes walk. The breakfast was fine with plenty of options to choose from, although we couldn't find any marmelade to our surprise.
Disliked: The hotel offers parking which is much cheaper than the others available nearby. But, the instructions we got from the reception were so bad that we couldn't find where the entrance was and ended up leaving the car in a really pricy parking opposite to the hotel. The hotel's parking entrance is just on the side road, really it was so easy to give proper instructions.
