Disliked: Staff was not nice at all. Reception worker did not care at all. Cleaning ladies were friendly, though.The room we had had permanent disgusting smell from the first time we entered.Breakfast was awful. Half of the dishes were missing and did not get refilled.Definitely not worth the money and nerves.

Perfect stay for business traveler

Liked: Cosy place for overnight. Comfortable bed and nice room interior. Easy to reach from the train station.
Disliked: In the morning it starts to get noisy due to tram but my room was high enough to get less of it

Liked: Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. And my room was very easily accessed. The bed was also very comfortable!
Disliked: A simple coffee machine or instructions would have been great.

Overnight stay

Liked: Good location to leave for a cruise. Right opposite the cruise terminal. Walkable distance to centrum.Lively canal view overlook Erasmusbrug.Restaurant Celeste is behind the hotel in a 213m , 61 floors with a 360 view.

Liked: Central to where we wanted to be.Staff at breakfast were very efficient, our thanks to them.
Disliked: The lifts!! I’m sure it’s not the first time you’ve had that as a response!!
