Liked: Breakfast was great. After checking out I got all opportunity to stay in the lobby and store my luggage in a safe room. Staff was very friendly

Well presented. Similar to most...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast. Couldn't fault it. No better selection anywhere and quality was superb.
Disliked: Non- supportive pillows.

Very comfortable stay in Bergen

Liked: The staff were so helpful. Buffet breakfast was expansive and the dining room very comfortable. The shower in our bathroom was in a very deep bath which we could not manage but a staff member kindly moved us to another room as soon as possible.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: Being in the historic part of town the location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Some cooked breakfast items were cold from sitting in unwarned trays. The luggage storage facility was insecure as each guest using the facility had access to all luggage via the freely given out code.
