Liked: The location of the hotel
Disliked: There is a serious cleanliness issue. The first room we entered had a dirty toilet. We reported it, and they changed our room, but this time we were placed in an overly cold room that hadn't been preheated. There were also strands of hair around the edges of the bed. Unfortunately, there were other details that made the room feel less than clean overall.

Surprising

Liked: Looks plain at first but there’s much more to it…. Small yet sufficient gym. Comfy pretty Lounge with hot drinks and cookies. Excellent breakfast (which was also surprising) versatile and tasty! Attentive team.
Disliked: The set up of bathroom is strange… no room for sink - it is in the room. no space for using toilet - when asked to replace the room was accommodated immediately.
