Well comfortable and clean hotel...

Liked: - Room clean and with comfortable bed- Value for money- Attention and friendliness of the General Manager who took time for a short exchange about the staying and the impressions.
Disliked: - Propose more choices at the breakfast, for example additional orange or fruit juices- Put at disposal smaller cups for espresso- Suggestions on how to use public transports, e.g. print a timetable for the buses and trains connections to city center- There is not paved path for pedestrian entering the hotel area. Need to cross the car barriers or walk over the grass which can be muddy when it's rainy or wet- I would appreciate a warmer welcome with a true eye contact and smile with the desk officers. It's bit too detached and cold. I know they are busy and focused on their screens but should not appear too distant. Saying something like "do you have special needs ?" or "just contact the reception in case of any incovenience"... Few words may give a much different customer attention.
