No airport shuttle as advertised,...

Liked: The breakfast, the lady working on reception on the morning of the 5th Feb. Restaurant staff, particularly the waiter working on the evening of 4th Feb. The breakfast chefs and waiting staff were also good
Disliked: The man working in reception on the evening of the 4th, because he continually referred to me as “her” and “she” whilst talking to my husband when I was right there.Particularly alarming was evidence that our room had been used by someone after it had been cleaned. There were dusty footprints on the bathroom floor and one of the bedsheets and duvet covers was covered in navy blue / black fluff and the sheets were smelly.Also, the website clearly stated that there was a shuttle service to the airport, and that was the reason we picked this hotel. When we arrived we were told there hadn’t been a shuttle for 2 years. We had to pay for a taxi. Pretty annoying about that because if we had known, we would have stayed in a more central location and been able to do the few remaining things we wanted to do in Bergen.

Disliked: Two single beds stuck together. They were comfortable. To be honest I could’ve paid for a larger bed but I was trying to save money…so this wasn’t really a bad thing
