I had an amazing stay....

Liked: I love the room it was comfortable and clean. I felt like home. The staff is amazing and helpful. The rooftop bar is amazing.

Liked: The rooftop bar staff was exceptional, I didn't make it up there until the last night but had I known I would have been there every night. And the food was incredible too!
Disliked: I had an issue with my room that was never resolved. At the same time each night there was a rattle coming from the bathroom that went on for at least 15 minutes that sounded like a freight train was coming through the bedroom. The first night I called the front desk, they said they could hear it with me on the phone and sent someone up to check. The came to my room and checked the shower? They could hear it themselves and it sounded like it was coming from upstairs so he went there. Unfortunately, the same thing happened the next TWO nights. It was really loud but after about 30 minutes it stopped each time. I think its worthy of investigating the cause so that it doesn't happen to future travelers.

Disliked: We have to walk next to the door to turn off the lights. Switch can be put next to the bed atleast. Same with the AC, they.do not have a remote so we need to stand up to switch it. No water complimentary which is kinda off too. Theres additional fee to deliver the ordered water to your room which is quite ridiculous. Mandatory resort fee is quite rip off too specially that youre there to tour around the museums. That fee should be optional for those who wants to use the hotel amenities.
