Great time!!

Liked: The food was excellent everywhere that we went. The restaurant was great and so was the service.
Disliked: There was nowhere to really hang your clothes and no drawers to put anything. The pillows were terrible.

Liked: Food and drink. Elevators were easy to summon without wait. Coffee shop was excellent. Pleasant staff.
Disliked: We had an issue with our room lock late in the evening and it took some time to get it rectified and allow access to our room.Pillows not comfortable.Bath towels were always one or two short of our requested need, even though we asked twice for 4 towels per day.Nespresso coffee selection left for us was not good, though I use the same at home but not the strong dark capsules provided.Was considering staying an extra evening and when asked if there were rooms available, there was. However the cost was approx $500 for that night. Might have been a nicety to offer an incentive reduction for that extra night based upon the availability and our loyalty for the previous 6 nights as a guest. We declined the extra night and stayed with friends across the street, who recommended our stay with you, for the evening before a very early departure home.

very pleasant - clean, great...

Liked: Marsh House was excellent - we ate there for breakfast. The hotel was clean and like the water and ice bar on the floor was a nice bonus.
Disliked: My spouse and I were staying with our child and the full size beds were a little snug - prefer a queen set up. Also the check in process with the car - I realize Nashville is tight but we had to wait a long time to be able to squeeze in to check in and get the car to valet.
