Liked: Very new hotel in the very heart of Madrid with easy walk to every direction. The design is fresh, the facilities are well thought through and as the hotel has its own bakery the breakfast is way above usual standard.The hotel staff was extremely helpful and supportive by offering immediate solution to all our questions.
Disliked: There is an ongoing renovation in the park right in front of the hotel but which will be completed soon - likely being a great feature in the neighborhood.The room offered less drawers / shelves than anticipated which can be a difficulty for those traveling with more clothes.

Liked: Hi, i really feel bad with Thompson hotel service! I marked “ please make up room” when i go outside, i return the room at 2pm, i have a meeting so i talk that please help me to make up room at 5pm. I go out and marked again “ please make up room” , i m back at 730pm, the room was not clean
