The hotel is well appointed...

Liked: This property is LOUD at night, shakes the entire hotel!
Disliked: My room had to have the drapes drawn or the entire hotel could look into my room.

It was FABULOUS!!

Liked: The staff were amazing, everything was available! Free coffee in the lobby every morning and the location was perfect!
Disliked: There’s nothing I didn’t like!

Liked: Location, modernity, comfort, convenience, helpful staff
Disliked: Extra charges, like facility fee/cleaning fee per day!!! That should have been disclosed on booking sites! insufficient drinking water! There’s an ice machine but no water dispenser!

Liked: Breakfast was really good, the room was well appointed and meticulously clean. The noise was a bit much but not entirely unexpected being that it was a Saturday night in Hollywood just before Halloween; the whole town was out partying I think! It was fine for my husband, he didn't notice, but I'm a light sleeper.
Disliked: The mattress was a little stiff for me. Wish it was a little bit fluffier, other than that, it is a beautiful hotel and worth the stay.

No fridge, not even for...

Liked: Clean, good location, rooftop.
Disliked: Service is HORRIBLE! I have been asking for a fridge or another room as i have MEDICATIONS that need to be refrigerated and they have NO fridge. I have been asking for a fridge for 5 hours now. I called again for the 10th time and they said they don’t have a fridge to send to my room and they offered to store it at the “employee lounge”. At this point I do not trust anyone and do not trust them with my medication. I asked for more ice and they said to go get at another floor because my floor doesn’t have an ice maker. This is a SAFETY hazard not having fridges in the rooms and not offering extra fridges for medications. I informed them that if I go to the hospital they will be responsible for it. Unbelievable! Nice pools and nice views do not make up for no fridge for MEDICAL purposes!!!!!
