Painful. Not value for money....

Liked: Location to Hollywood blvd
Disliked: No bed side lights. No furniture except 2 beds. No table no counters no chairs. Terrible view out window. 15 ft away solid wall and one side looked into hallway the other side into rooms. Fridge door would not open. No clock in room. No make up room. They told me I had to ask. Horrible why should I ask. Covid is over. I stayed at 2 Marriott in September. Full service room made up! I should not have to ask

My new go-to when in...

Liked: I loved everything about my stay. The room - especially with that terrace - was incredible! The staff was very kind and everything was new and clean. The food at the bar and the bartender were great! 10/10 never felt more comfortable staying in Hollywood. It is right across from the nya studios which was convenient for an event I attended.
Disliked: I do not like the party crowd on the weekend, but the hotel‘s security had it under control luckily.

Excellent customer service.

Liked: Matt at reception was amazing. Total professional.
Disliked: The bed was too firm. I'm a side sleeper and the mattress made my shoulders hurt.

Liked: This property is LOUD at night, shakes the entire hotel!
Disliked: My room had to have the drapes drawn or the entire hotel could look into my room.

It was FABULOUS!!

Liked: The staff were amazing, everything was available! Free coffee in the lobby every morning and the location was perfect!
Disliked: There’s nothing I didn’t like!
