Liked: We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Dissapointing staff

Liked: The hotel looks nice
Disliked: Staff was very unfriendly. One was lecturing us for minutes that we should have provided a last name for the second guest, even though it was easy to get from the reservation. Another example was that we had booked a premium room with Hollywood sign view. When we arrived at the hotel we asked if we minded that there would be loud music in this room until 2 or 3 AM. As we had an early morning flight we said we did mind that. They downgraded us to a less nice room, but did not credit the difference in cost. We paid a lot for a basic room.

Liked: Breakfast, location, networking drinks in the the foyer all excellent
Disliked: Nothing- off course a sauna or steam room would be a bonus.

Liked: lovely modern hotel and hotel rooms. Great roof top bar and pool.
Disliked: location was near hollywood strip but not much around the hotel in terms of restarants.
