Liked: Hotel staff were very accommodating and helped me make this trip very special for the intended purpose. Gave great recommendations for food as well as small touches for my wife's birthday.

Exceptional

Rude Staff at the front...

Liked: The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous! We generally don't eat at hotel restaurants, but I would highly recommend it!Chez Maggy(french) was small, but one of the best meals I have had. The service was top notch and we had some wonderful wine as well.
Disliked: This was the last day of our trip so we wanted to feel a little spoiled. When we got to the hotel we were told that the luggage rack on our rental car was to high to park in their garage. They said we would have to find our own parking(No street parking). They should have made other arrangements or at least given us another option. It was a major inconvenience. The room and hallway was not clean. When we informed the front desk of the problems they did not even apologize, let alone offer compensation. What is happening to the service industry? The attitude we got from them was unexceptable. We paid for a late check out, and they still woke us up early knocking on our door...grrr. While we loved the restaurant and it had a beautiful lobby, we will not come back. There are too many other better options in Denver.

Beautiful hotel and staff, upscale

Liked: Beautiful interior, lovely staff, good food in restaurant,Walking distance to center for performing arts
Disliked: Dark for my taste. Room was dark and not well lit, bathroom lighting not bright either, 1 switch for bed lights over 2 beds so 1 could not stay up and read. Parking is pricey!
