Terrible hotel service, great restaurants...

Disliked: Was satisfied with my stay at first, then I had left an item at a restaurant night before & had checked out. Called hotel and women named CYNTHIA told me at front desk that she would have security check the restaurant & bathrooms for my item and she notifies me with saying “my item was not found and they checked everywhere, so I came back to hotel to speak with someone, I talk to CYNTHIA at front desk again in person and she tells me they have no access to restaurant at all. So what she said on the phone was a continuous lie, this was unacceptable for being a place of hospitality, so I ask to speak with manger on duty that afternoon and he tells me his name is TOM and was getting very aggressive with me while I was confused on what I was told on the phone and trying to understand why the women lied and he tells me to come back when restaurant opens. I leave come back when open & meet with the manager at monarch who was absolutely amazing & retrieved my item for me no problem. Very appreciative of the monarch manager! But hotel staff & front desk the afternoon shift were unhelpful , not trustworthy & extremely unfriendly, worse experience yet!

Disliked: They charged me 250.00 smoking deposit because I was smoking a vape. Could you guys assist me and getting the 250.00 back.
