Liked: Very loud Aircon

First time in Chicago for...

Liked: The view was lovely. I like the fact the tub was right there by the shower. The water stayed hot and the staff was excellent.
Disliked: I had a junior suite on the 10th floor. There was no microwave in the room.

Liked: The location at the top of the Magnificent Mile was perfect for sight seeing, dinning, and bar hopping.
Disliked: Unavoidable maintenance I'm sure, but one elevator was down the entire time we were at the hotel, and that created long waiting times.

Excellent location for our needs.

Liked: Excellent room and warm welcome by staff. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Location was excellent for an event that we were attending in the neighborhood.
