EXCELLENT!

Liked: From the atmosphere of the building to the staff my stay was impeccable beginning to end. I have stayed in thousands of hotels over the years and this one makes my top two. I am looking forward to bringing my children to visit Chicago this year and we will be staying nowhere but at the Thompson.
Disliked: The valet was a bit overwhelmed. Two valet attendants would be more efficient in my opinion.

Liked: I loved the front desk workers they were nice and efficient
Disliked: The description of the room was a double room which I thought would be two rooms but it was very small and the security guard was profiling my group and seemed really racist which made me leave early and not over night then I came back in the morning before the time of checking out and some of my belongings were missing.

Liked: The location. The Tavern on Rush.
Disliked: No real breakfast
