Clean great room size, great...

Liked: High floors and lounge is fantastic

Exceptional

Perfect hotel for family trip...

Liked: Location was fantastic, close to Central Park, quiet at night considering you are in Manhattan. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly. A lovely calm atmosphere about the hotel
Disliked: It is expensive compared to other hotels that you could get but worth it in my opinion.

Generally good, but bathroom disappointing

Liked: Staff were very helpful room size good location suited well
Disliked: Bathroom very dated and very small.. no tub available even though I requested one in advance. The shower was dreadful

Liked: Location and access to the gym across the street were major pluses
Disliked: The back side of the hotel is noisy from the exhaust fans of buildings immediately behind and the whirring sound never abates. The room thermostat doesn’t work consistently.
