The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Disliked: The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Great stay. couple of pointers!

Liked: staff were fantastic. Location was perfect.
Disliked: the bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but I did have an injury to my left hip. The hotel is a bit tired and in need of renovation. secondary double glazing left our window permanently covered in condensation. Mastic around tbe shower had been repaired and not too tidily and the lifts need refurbishment. It was a lovely stay but the above are quite noticeable.

Good- will be booking here...

Initial disappointment redeemed by staff...

Liked: Despite being so close to Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square the hotel is situated in a quiet location. The rooms are well-appointed and the breakfast more than adequate.
Disliked: Initially the room we were given proved to be unsatisfactory - problem with the double-glazed units and noise from nearby equipment - however, once this had been explained to the very courteous and helpful "Andres" on Reception, we were moved to a superior, quiet room which was just perfect.
