The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Disliked: I was over charged for the holding deposit by double. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, long black hair in the shower and the bathroom floor wasn’t that clean. The house keeper knocked on our door at 10.25am asking when we were leaving. I said we were just finishing up knowing check out was 11, she then said to me ‘you will be gone in 10 minutes’ I just closed the door.Front desk staff member tried to explain to me that I would get my holding deposit back once checked out, I am currently still waiting for £100 to be returned. I wouldn’t stay here again

Enjoyable, central location.

Liked: Central location, easy access from tube, staff very pleasant and polite.
Disliked: We had a problem with the air conditioning and windows in the room, but the maintenance manger dealt with the problem and it was resolved.
