The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Fab location- our second stay...

Liked: Great location. The room was a good size for three of us.Loved that the staff helped us to get a taxi back to the station.Also great we could store our luggage at the hotel too after check out and before heading back home.This was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely come back.
Disliked: We didn't book breakfast as my daughter doesn't eat a lot. Would be good to have a lower cost breakfast option for smaller appetites.

Liked: Good location, close to public transport and dining options.
Disliked: We had some initial hiccups with payment where a failed transaction initially was followed up and payment was said to be all taken care of. When we arrived there was an outstanding balance that we hadn’t prepared for, which came down to a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel.
