The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Right in the heart of the West End, around the corner from Trafalgar Square, with plenty of tourist attractions within walking distance.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little disappointing.

The location of the hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate and had everything you would expect..the staff were very friendly..The location of the hotel is very.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the room for a superior king room, I thought it was very small, and with just room for 1 chair, was not as spacious as I expected..having said that it was ok for a 1 night stay..

Good

Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: Room furniture was quite dated and the air freshener was overwhelming.

Liked: Hotel was fantastic . cosy clean great location fantastic staff great price .
Disliked: There was nothing not to like all request were met i asked for room with lots of light and windows that open perfect room .

Perfect breakaway for theatre tips

Liked: In the middle of theatre land But in a quite locationTwin room a decent size too!!
Disliked: Can’t think of anything !!It was clean, comfortable, the food was good and the staff excellent

we enjoyed our stay, another...

Liked: The room was very small and no mirror to use for hair ect. it was clean and comfy bed, just small. It was very close to Leicester square, lot of activity. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: bit more space in bedroom and mirror in bedroom would have helped. Bathroom was also very small not much room to move around.
