Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Lovely Liecester Square Location

Liked: We came on a birthday trip with our daughter, we asked if they could leave a little birthday message to make her feel special. We were welcomed with balloons on the bed, a cheesecake with birthday message in sauce and a note, it was lovely. The room was big and clean with a stocked complimentary mini fridge. The location was amazing, right across the street from the lego and m&m shop on liecester Square.

Liked: It was central to where we wanted to be and the room was generally good and the staff were really nice and breakfast was good
Disliked: The bathroom had a terrible drain smell and there was no bar/lounge

A brilliant hotel for discovering...

Liked: The hotel was central to many attractions and theatres. Efficient check in. Room was ready on our arrival, 3 hours earlier than we’d expected. Our superior deluxe room was large with super king sized bed. The view from our window showed London at its busiest - a true bustling city view. The hotel was very quiet and we enjoyed a comfortable night’s sleep. The lift and room were spotless.
Disliked: The rainfall shower had to be prepared to hand shower, otherwise you could be met by a shower on entry, which, for someone trying to keep hair dry was challenging! The key-fob was bent so we had to have it replaced after discovering it was useless.
