Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Liked: There is no better location as between M&M and Lego stores :) Personnel was great, room was spacious and clean. There was mini-fridge and all you need to make coffee or tea.
Disliked: Fire alarms - first day of our stay 3 times and it is so so so loud. One time early before 7am a then two times after 2pm, when our child was sleeping. No one aplogised to us, on reception they said they are looking for cause.Breakfast - forget about it, there is only few things to choose.Fire proof doors - they are so heavy to open when you got child in strollerBed - mattress was deformed - long time in use.

Liked: Clean and had everything I needed in the room. Good air con in the room too
Disliked: TV did not work. Shower had very low pressure. Breakfast quality was not great (especially ketchup - too vinegary)

Disliked: No tea or biscuits in room. Just coffee machine. Room cold but breakfast room like a sauna. Nice sofa in room but couldn’t see the tv from it. Tv needs to be on a swivel arm.
