Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Liked: Excellent location. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are nice.
Disliked: The lighting in the room isnt good if your trying to look your best for going out. No heating in the bathroom, it was very cold. Im sure last time i stayed there was slippers in the room so i didnt take any away with me. Wish i had though.

Liked: Close to Leicester Square, great location with everything you need around the hotel.
Disliked: Never have I ever wrote a negative review for somewhere I’ve stayed but 1 of the reception staff had no customer service skills, she wasn’t warm or welcoming upon arrival and rude upon departure. We had some issues with the room but to be honest I overlooked them as it was only a short stay and I’m not a picky person at all but due to the rude lady on reception it completely ruined our stay. I paid a lot of money and I was visiting London with family for celebrations and it’s so upsetting how one person can completely ruin the experience. Please note all other staff and house keeping were friendly and attentive this review does not reflect on them at all.

Great location and comfortable room...

Liked: If you're looking to stay in the heart of London's theater district, this is the place. It's located right at the edge of Leicester Square so it's an easy walk to nearly all the theaters. It's close to all the main tourist sights as well as the Tube. Even being right at Leicester Sq, the room was relatively quiet at night (we were on the 5th floor overlooking the Square). Comfortable clean room, good size for a city hotel, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
