Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Godd hotel in perfect location

Liked: Perfect location. The equipment is little bit dated, but everything worked and everywhere is clean. Two lifts, no waiting times here. Good breakfest for 18,50 p.p.. Piccadily circus 5 minutes walk. The windows are well insulated, the streets around are noisy, but the rooms OK.

Good but won’t come again...

Liked: All was very good except for the awful breakfast restaurant… VERY noisy because of - load music and bread toaster! and VERY cold because of the air conditioning system!!! All the staff were very good..

Decent place in the heart...

Liked: Central location, great breakfast, but the room seems somewhat outdated with dirty carpets. Staff is very helpful.

Greta location with excellent staff!

Liked: The staff were really excellent. We travelled with a baby and they were so helpful with the luggage and getting us early check in. Location is also excellent!
Disliked: The shower is a bit of a tight squeeze, but I think small bathrooms are common for London city centre!
