Liked: The adjacency to the Prince Of Wales Theatre was very good, especially as the weather was unfavourable. The room was comfortable and met all of our requirements.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dining room or even a bar where one could meet friends, but there is only a breakfast room.

Very comfortable stay and a few minutes walk to Sondheim Theatre. No shortage of places to eat and very handy to visit tourist destinations. Would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Liked: Check-in was straight forward and quickRoom was clean. Only thing is that the Kettle didn't work which I am sure would have been resolved if I had of called ReceptionI did not have breakfast included with mu bookingExcellent location. I was able to pop back to my hotel throughout the day as it was central to my activities

Nice hotel but one bad...

Liked: Big bed and hotel situation.
Disliked: Being charged £50 without warning in case the room was damaged. Never seen that before when travelling around the world. What sort of guests do they have?

Disliked: Very poor breakfast. Cheap ingredients that do not match the pictures on display. Packet pastries.
