Great service as usual …cannot...

Liked: I have been staying at this hotel since 2013The location is greatReception are excellent Wonderful comfortable bedsThe great ting is that some of the staff are the ones I met in 2013 when I first stayed Whilst I don’t stay as often these days I am always met with a smile and excellent service No reason to stay anywhere else

Don’t think to stay in...

Disliked: Booking.com shall pass and change all the pictures in website.One of the baddest hotels in the world they should give rating is one star or not even hotel.Room horrible dirty and broken furniture dirty bed sheets Refuse to change the bed sheets only when the manager accepts Garbage elevator used to reach the lobby area because of escalators is not working more than 3 months.No frequent maintenance Hotel needs to be renovated totally with everything or demolished and build new one instead.
