Disgusting staff behaviour

Disliked: I was upgraded to a room where the heating was not working. When challenged the staff knew about this issue. They deliberately put me in that room to free up my one. Appalling behaviour

Liked: The staff were too nice and helpful!
Disliked: I faced a difficult situation when I had to find taxi at the early morning to catch my train. It was too difficult to find 1. The Indian receptionist which I wish I could remember his name was a great great help. He walked in the cold down the street to find a taxi and found 1 after a long time of looking and waiting. A big big thanks to him. It’s really hard to find such a good ppl like him these days. Thanks again for such a dedicated staff

Deluxe family room

Liked: Location was good as we were attend a wedding at the JW Marriot.The room was spacious and comfortable fit 3 people.
Disliked: Bathroom standards were not 100% behind tiolet seat was not clean. No hand soap to wash your hands. Bed sheets were not tucked in at the bottom of the bed for a deluxe room..

Great location with quiet comfy...

Liked: Very pleasant overnight stay with complementary upgrade. Thank you. The omelette station at breakfast was delicious and a welcome change from the usual offerings.
