Comfort, friendly staff and travel...

Liked: It had everything I needed, 24hr tea & coffee facilities in the foyer and lovely buffet breakfast. Close to shopping centre and Luton interchange & train station. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing. Was a great stay!

Fairly comfortable stay great price

Liked: Pros- breakfast was nice (but no hash browns was a grave error)- the bed was comfortable and we had a bath- there was a coffee machine in the room & unlimited teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the reception- great price- friendly staff- clean roomCons- loud noises outside throughout the night - from the train station and people out and about- no hash browns as aforementioned but it must be mentioned twice as this is a necessity for an English breakfast

Very good

Liked: I had a room upgrade, which was really nice, as I could enjoy some views from an upper floor. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and of variety as well.
Disliked: The overall appearance of the hotel, specially common areas like corridors was a bit tired.

Disappointing

Liked: Absolute Nightmare to locate , Disaster Booking in process , then there computer crashed whilst trying to pay for parking eventually completing the process within 50 minsShower cubicle was dirtyNo clean knifes available for Breakfast and did not appreciate the sarcastic reply from a staff member for having the cheap to ask for oneThe Breakfast area was filthy tables with half eaten food left on plates , spillages from drinks ,Sorry never again
