Perfect location and very helpful...

Liked: Perfect location for a tourist ... the Luton Interchange (Railway station and long distance bus station, including the Airport) is basically outside the hotel. One of the Luton Mall entrance is also just outside the Hotel ... one can't expect more from an accommodation. The room was cleaned every day, had everything that we need and the stuff very helpful and well-mannered. The 2 coffee machines located in the hall way were an excellent idea, you can have as much coffee you like any time of day and night .... a big plus for that ! The breakfast was ok .... plenty of food (continental type), including the traditional English breakfast (sausages, back bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans).
Disliked: Nothing to say here !

Excellent Hotel

Liked: The location is excellent. The bed in the single room is large and comfortable. Everything is clean.I was given a room earlier than the check-in time.
Disliked: The room needs sound proofing. The snoring guest in the next room can be heard clearly.

Liked: Ali on reception when we arrived was pleasant and friendly .I booked 5 rooms for myself,husband and 4 other couples .My husband and I had a free upgrade to a larger room with tea and code making facilities .The bed was comfortable and there was a good range of different teas The bathroom was clean and there were really good sized bath towels . The lady doing the cooking was very pleasant and the cooked breakfast and cereal were good.I liked the fact that complimentary drinks were available in the reception area and that it included different types of coffee and hot chocolate.
Disliked: We were told that the bread, croissants and pancakes had run out and they were expecting a delivery ,which didn't arrive by the time we had finished our breakfast,so we went without !
