Comfy beds, good value but...

Liked: Great location for Euston station and the West End. All easily reached under 20 minutes on foot. The hotel is old and in some instances dated, but the beds were comfy and the staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room fell short on a few mod cons. Only 2 sockets in the whole room. One the tv is plugged into and one by the dressing table. Had to unplug the TV just to charge our phones. Then waiting for our smart watches to charged the next morning. TV dated, only basic live TV, no smart functionality to access Netflix, etc.

Great location and staff but...

Liked: Great location and friendly, professional staff
Disliked: Our room was quite cold and there was no way to adjust the heating. Also the chain on the door was broken.
